The company summed up the results of the 2025 field season at its Far Eastern assets. Reserves of precious metals were replenished by 25 tons at once in gold equivalent<\/a>. This result was one of the most significant for the division over the past few years.<\/p>\n\n\n

The work covered several promising sites at once. Geologists studied the subsoil at Kegali, Burgali, Nevenrekan and the legendary Dukat. The drilling rigs covered almost 120 kilometers of rocks. Half of this volume came from the Omolon Gold Mining Company. About 55 more kilometers were given to the Dukat hub facilities.<\/p>\n\n\n

The main surprise came from the Kegali field. There, explored resources have more than doubled. Experts discovered thick ore zones up to 12 meters thick with rich gold content. The deposits go to a depth of 250 meters and stretch steadily, without breaks. It is planned to conduct open-pit mining here. Mining operations will start in 2026. And from 2028, ore will begin to be processed at the Kubaka mining and processing plant. Kegali’s reserves will be enough for at least ten years of continuous operation.<\/p>\n\n\n

At Burgali, researchers clarified the contours of the mineralized zones and confirmed that they are profitable to develop. On Nevenrekan continues additional exploration of the first ore zone<\/a>, and its flanks still remain undiscovered and promise new discoveries.<\/p>\n\n\n

Dukat also made me happy. The study of flank blocks added about four tons of conventional gold to the company\u2019s treasury. This will allow the Omsukchan gold extraction plant to be loaded without interruption.<\/p>\n\n\n

The Khakyrchan section was also not ignored. The Krasin deposit, although small, is now considered as an additional source of raw materials for the Lunnoye factory. And the Olchinskoe ore field is being transferred to the category of a strategic reserve. Its development can extend the life of the Lunnoye mine until at least 2030.<\/p>\n\n\n

Thus, the Magadan cluster not only compensates for the outgoing volumes, but also creates a solid base for future growth. For the region, this means stable work for miners and tax revenues for years to come.<\/p>\n\n\n
