The new collection will provide prospectors with a modern pricing tool for work using information modeling technologies.

As part of the plan for approving estimated standards for 2025, Glavgosexpertiza of Russia is actively developing three new collections of standard costs for engineering surveys. Particular attention of the professional community is attracted by the first collection in history, which will establish cost standards for creating an engineering digital terrain model.

According to Maria Khromova, head of the department for developing pricing methods at Glavgosexpertiza, the new collection will present completely innovative approaches to pricing. “For the first time, prospectors will receive an official tool for calculating the costs of creating a digital terrain model, which is especially important in the context of the active implementation of information modeling technologies,” the expert notes.

At the same time, standards for engineering and environmental surveys are being developed, which will update the outdated standards of the late 1990s. Also, for the first time, a collection of geotechnical studies has been created, which were not previously included in the Federal Register of Estimate Standards.

All three collections of standard costs are planned to be included in the Federal Register of Estimated Standards by the end of 2025. These documents will be an important step in modernizing the pricing system for survey work and will be in demand by the professional community.

The material was prepared with the support of the Russian Ministry of Education and Science as part of the Decade of Science and Technology.

 Source: @izyskateli

For the first time, Glavgosexpertiza of Russia will develop cost standards for creating a digital terrain model.
