This is an important event for the Russian <a href=\"https:\/\/geoconversation.org\/geo-obrazovanie\/\" rel=\"noopener\" target=\"_blank\">science<\/a> and tourism, which opens up new opportunities for the development of the region.<\/p>\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The decision was made unanimously by the UNESCO Council in Chile. This is the second geopark in Bashkortostan to receive such a high international status after Yangantau. The organization\u2019s experts especially noted the uniqueness of the territory\u2019s geological and cultural sites.<\/p>\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Obtaining UNESCO Geopark status is of great importance for the region. This is not only international recognition of the value of natural and cultural heritage, but also an impetus for the development of tourism, education and science. Visiting such geoparks allows you not only to enjoy the beauty of nature, but also to learn interesting scientific and historical facts about the region.<\/p>\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Geoparks represent an integrated ecosystem where nature, culture, local communities and knowledge come together.
