This solution will optimize the quality control of raw materials for coke production.\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The new system will use precision positioning technology, which will help reduce coal charge consumption by 25%. A digital twin of the warehouse will provide real-time data on the movement and characteristics of coal, and will also allow you to monitor the operation of equipment: conveyors, silos and crushing plants.\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">MMK General Director Pavel Shilyaev noted that this approach has already proven its effectiveness in other areas of production. \u201cDigitalization reduces the impact <a data-id=\"https:\/\/geoconversation.org\/iskusstvennyj-intellekt-zamenit-geologa-a-plohie-novosti-budut\/\" data-type=\"link\" href=\"https:\/\/geoconversation.org\/iskusstvennyj-intellekt-zamenit-geologa-a-plohie-novosti-budut\/\">human factor<\/a> and improves product quality,\u201d he emphasized.\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>2025: implementation of a coal concentrate accounting system and integration with current processes.\u00a0<\/li>\n\n\n<li>Early 2026: launch of the first stage of the digital warehouse.\u00a0<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">In addition, MMK will expand the coverage area of \u200b\u200bthe corporate Private LTE network, which will prepare the company for the transition to 5G technologies.
