The new facility combines the comfort of a modern city with advanced technologies, creating optimal conditions for <a data-id=\"https:\/\/geoconversation.org\/kak-zhivut-i-rabotayut-uchenye-mineralogi-na-kolskom-poluostrove\/\" data-type=\"link\" href=\"https:\/\/geoconversation.org\/kak-zhivut-i-rabotayut-uchenye-mineralogi-na-kolskom-poluostrove\/\">life<\/a>, work and rest.\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><em>The complex with an area of \u200b\u200b12.5 thousand m\u00b2 is located 500 km from Khanty-Mansiysk and includes:\u00a0<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Residential modules with a smart home system and biodynamic lighting.\u00a0<\/li>\n\n\n<li>Office space and conference rooms.\u00a0<\/li>\n\n\n<li>Sports center, cinema, spa area and library.\u00a0<\/li>\n\n\n<li>Dining room, cafe and shop with 24-hour service.\u00a0<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Particular attention is paid to ecology and energy efficiency. The building is equipped with 650 LED lamps and a partially heated roof, which is important for the harsh climate of the region.\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The complex was built using frame technology from ready-made modules, which reduced installation time. This solution allowed us to minimize the impact on the environment and speed up the commissioning of the facility.\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The opening ceremony was attended by Deputy Prime Minister Alexander Novak and Governor of Khanty-Mansi Autonomous Okrug-Yugra Ruslan Kukharuk. Novak noted that such projects increase the attractiveness of working in the fuel and energy sector for <a data-id=\"https:\/\/geoconversation.org\/ne-byvaet-zhenskih-i-muzhskih-professij\/\" data-type=\"link\" href=\"https:\/\/geoconversation.org\/ne-byvaet-zhenskih-i-muzhskih-professij\/\">young specialists<\/a>.\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Chairman of the Board of Gazprom Neft Alexander Dyukov emphasized that the company strives to create safe and comfortable conditions for employees, which is especially important in remote regions.\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The complex is designed for hundreds of specialists involved in the development of fields in the Khanty-Mansi Autonomous Okrug-Yugra and the Tyumen region. The resource potential of these areas is estimated at 500 million tons of oil.\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The governor expressed hope that the new complex will become a second home for workers, providing them with everything necessary for productive work and rest.\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The launch of an innovative rotational facility is an important step in the development of the oil and gas industry.
