Its products are used in electronics, quantum technologies and other <a data-id=\"https:\/\/geoconversation.org\/intellektualnyj-pomoshhnik-geologa\/\" data-type=\"link\" href=\"https:\/\/geoconversation.org\/intellektualnyj-pomoshhnik-geologa\/\">high-tech<\/a> spheres.\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><em>NDT uses two advanced diamond growing methods:\u00a0<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>HPHT is a high pressure and temperature technology that imitates the natural conditions of diamond formation.\u00a0<\/li>\n\n\n<li>CVD is chemical vapor deposition, which makes it possible to obtain crystals with desired properties.\u00a0<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">These methods make it possible to create diamonds weighing more than 100 carats, superior to their natural counterparts in purity, strength and other characteristics.\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The company&#8217;s main product is diamond plates ranging in size from 3 to 15 mm. They are used in electronics as substrates for semiconductors, which significantly increases their efficiency.\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u201cOur goal is to create an end-to-end technology for the production of large-diameter diamond wafers with improved properties,\u201d NDT notes.\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">At the end of April 2024, the Voskhod venture fund acquired a 40.7% stake in NDT for 1 billion rubles.
