It uses a digital model (twin) of the installation, analyzes engine parameters and automatically optimizes operation, reducing the load on equipment.\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u201cOur technology allows you to change the pump speed in each cycle, minimizing peak loads,\u201d explains Evgeniy Solodkiy, associate professor at PNRPU. \u2013 Tests have shown that this reduces energy consumption by 15-20% and extends the life of the pumps.\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Unlike existing systems that respond to problems that have already arisen, the development of Perm scientists prevents overloads in advance. This makes oil production more stable and economical.\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">So far the system has been successfully tested in a virtual environment. The next step is testing in real conditions.
