This is an important step towards the technological independence of the country.\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">In the new workshop with an area of \u200b\u200b1.5 thousand square meters. meters, they launched the production of equipment that had no analogues in Russia before. The company develops equipment in-house, including centrifugal concentrators for the extraction of precious metals and installations for cyanidation of gold.\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The 18-ton concentrator SPTTSK175 has already been manufactured &#8211; the largest in the country. After testing it will be sent to the customer. The plans include the creation of a complete production complex in Irkutsk, which will reduce logistics costs and improve product quality.\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The governor of the Irkutsk region, Igor Kobzev, noted that the project is of great importance for the region: jobs are created and tax payments are growing. In addition, Russian equipment now competes with foreign analogues.\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Previously, Russia used mainly Canadian concentrators, and domestic models processed only 40 tons of ore per hour. After the departure of Western companies, Servistekhnoprom began producing its own equipment. In 2022, they introduced the first model of STP TsK120 (300 tons\/hour), and now the more powerful TsK175.\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The launch of new production is an important stage in import substitution.
