New solutions make it possible to efficiently produce oil in the face of sanctions and geological and technological challenges.\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The oil and gas industry is facing new challenges: sanctions, complex fields, high requirements for recoupment. The OZNA company proposed innovative solutions for the development of a hard-to-reach field in Eastern Siberia, where previously the projects of five research institutes had not been implemented.\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The field is characterized by difficult climatic conditions, high reservoir pressure and aggressive oil composition (hydrogen sulfide, mercaptans). This requires the use of special technologies and equipment.\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The company has developed a mobile oil treatment unit (MUTP), which solves key problems:\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">&#8211; Measurement of well flow rate for liquid and gas.\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">&#8211; Heating and temporary storage of oil.\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">&#8211; Pouring oil into tankers in the absence of infrastructure.\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The installation includes separators, heaters, containers, a reagent dosing system and a digital twin for control.\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><em>Advantages of MUPN:<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u2714 Flexibility: you can add technological lines as production increases.\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u2714 Versatility: the blocks are interchangeable and adapt to the properties of oil.\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u2714 Savings: reduction in metal consumption and building area.\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u2714 Security: automated control system (APCS).\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">MUPN productivity is from 500 to 1800 m\u00b3\/day.\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The introduction of MUPN from OZNA made it possible to speed up the commissioning of the field and reduce costs. The project confirmed the company&#8217;s ability to solve complex problems in the oil and gas industry.
