The program is designed for ambitious mining professionals who seek to quickly realize their management potential. Successful graduates will be able to occupy leadership positions at the GD-2 level.\u00a0\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Fast Track complements the company&#8217;s internal talent pool by attracting promising outside specialists. Program participants receive a unique opportunity to focus on developing leadership skills and career growth in an international company. In 2025, the program was adapted for specialists with five years of experience, making it more concentrated and reducing the duration to two years.\u00a0\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u201cWe have adjusted the terms of the program so that they better meet the needs of the target audience &#8211; confident professionals who are ready to develop and move to the management level,\u201d commented Nordgold HR Director Irina Dormidontova.\u00a0\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">In 2025, enrollment in the Fast Track program is carried out in key areas: mining, metallurgy, repairs, mineral resources and energy.
