Recently, the plant created an Artificial Intelligence (AI) Competence Center, which is engaged in the development and implementation of innovative solutions. One of the first projects was a digital assistant for predicting the temperature of steel in an electric furnace melting shop.\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u201cWe use algorithms and statistical models to optimize production processes,\u201d explains Dmitry Muravyov, head of the competence center for mathematical modeling and analytics at MMK-Informservice. \u2013 For example, our digital assistant is already helping to reduce waste and save energy.\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The program, developed using AI, analyzes data from more than 30 thousand real swimsuits. It predicts the physical and chemical parameters of the metal, processing time and heat loss. This allows you to more accurately control the heating of steel and improve its quality at the casting stage.\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The introduction of artificial intelligence at MMK is an important step towards the digitalization of production.
