Its construction could begin as early as 2026. The project, the cost of which will exceed 1 trillion rubles, will be implemented by the First Island Corporation. RIA Novosti Real Estate reports this.<\/p>\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">According to the managing director of the company Bulat Shakirov, the preparation of project documentation will be completed in 2025. Then, in 2026, the construction of protective hydraulic structures will begin. These structures will protect the future island from sea waves and strong winds, ensuring the safety and sustainability of the project.<\/p>\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u201cBefore the formation of the island begins, it is necessary to strengthen the water area in order to exclude the influence of natural factors,\u201d Shakirov noted.<\/p>\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The area of \u200b\u200bthe artificial island will be 50 hectares. This will house:<\/p>\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>hotel complexes;<\/li>\n\n\n<li>tourist and sports areas;<\/li>\n\n\n<li>theater and music venues;<\/li>\n\n\n<li>residential apartments;<\/li>\n\n\n<li>research center dedicated to the study of the Black Sea.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The total real estate area on the island will be 1.5 million square meters.<\/p>\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Construction is planned to be fully completed by 2031, and the project is expected to pay off within 12 years. The new island is expected to become a landmark for Russian tourism, attracting travelers from all over the country and abroad.
