He is an expert in geomechanics and geotechnical consulting with more than 15 years of experience. He has worked his way up from a junior researcher at St. Petersburg Mining University to the head of geomechanics at major mining companies – Polymetal, Norilsk Nickel, Severstal, SUEK.
I am engaged in the creation of geomechanical models, monitoring of massif stability and implementation of safety management systems at all stages – from exploration to operation. Author of two patents and more than 40 scientific publications (VAK, Scopus).
I advise companies on geomechanical modeling, slope and underground excavation stability assessment, creation and implementation of geomechanical monitoring systems. I conduct geotechnical audits, adapt international standards to Russian practice, participate in the training of specialists and organization of geomechanical services. I work both with production units, head offices and investors, helping to build a systematic approach to risk and safety.
