Specialists from NUST MISIS presented an innovative development – a comprehensive digital model of a mining enterprise. This system opens up new opportunities for the transition to intelligent and autonomous production in the mining industry.
The new digital model radically changes the approach to managing mining complexes. The development considers the enterprise as a single organism, where all technological operations, information flows and control modules are closely connected.
This comprehensive view allows you to analyze each stage of production in detail. The system identifies weaknesses and offers effective ways to optimize work processes. This forms a solid basis for the implementation of autonomous control systems that require minimal human intervention.
The technology has significant practical potential. It serves as the foundation for creating accurate digital twins of real enterprises. These virtual copies allow you to safely test new solutions, simulate different scenarios and predict results.
In addition, based on this model, it is possible to develop intelligent control devices for mines and quarries. This directly contributes to improved occupational safety, increased productivity and reduced operating costs.
The introduction of digital models marks a new stage in the development of the mining industry. The development of NUST MISIS scientists clearly demonstrates how modern technologies can transform traditional production, making it safer, smarter and more cost-effective.
