Gazprom Neft is among the best employers for young professionals

Students and recent graduates of Russian universities included Gazprom Neft in the list of the most attractive companies to start a career in industry. The company took a leading position in the Best Company Award ranking, based on a survey of more than nine thousand young professionals from 47 leading universities in the country.

The study showed that when choosing an employer, young people primarily pay attention to the level of income, the opportunity to work on real projects and the stability of the company. These criteria became key to forming the ranking of the best start-up employers in Russia.

Today at Gazprom Neft are working over 80 thousand people, with about a third of the team being employees under 35 years of age. The company is actively developing a personnel training system aimed specifically at students and graduates. It includes partnership programs with more than 70 universities and colleges across the country.

Future specialists are offered internships, practical training and participation in large production and technology projects. This allows young employees to gain real experience early in their careers and master the profession faster. The company emphasizes that such programs provide an opportunity not only to start work, but also to build long-term professional development within one employer.

Supporting young personnel is considered by Gazprom Neft as a strategic task. The focus is on developing competencies, mentoring and shaping career paths – from first positions to leadership roles in the industry.
