In 2024, oil companies in the Tyumen region increased employee salaries. The increase ranged from 20 to 50 thousand rubles due to a lack of qualified personnel.
Oil enterprises of the Tyumen region increased wages to employees in 2024. According to the recruiting agency Forward Company, the increase ranged from 20 to 50 thousand rubles. The increase affected both blue-collar occupations, such as electric welders and drillers, and management positions.
The average salary of VET engineers increased by 20 thousand rubles and now amounts to 250 thousand rubles per month. The drillers received an increase of 20-30 thousand rubles, their income increased to 270 thousand rubles. In one of the companies, the salary of electric welders rose from 286 to 430 thousand rubles. The smallest increase is for operators of truck cranes and special equipment, by only 10 thousand rubles, up to 240 thousand rubles.
According to the head of Forward Company T. Badanova, the reason for the increase in salaries is high competition for personnel. There is a shortage of qualified specialists in the labor market, especially in high-profile areas.
Research by the portal hh.ru shows that applicants in the oil industry of the Tyumen region expect a salary of 100 thousand rubles, and employers offer an average of 149 thousand rubles. Despite the increase in salaries, there are many vacancies in the region, and companies are even looking for employees in other regions of Russia.
