The authorities of the Chukotka Autonomous Okrug have expanded the list of promising depositsavailable for development. New areas have been added to the investment map of the region, which opens up additional business opportunities.
On the official portal of the Department of Economics and investment An updated subsoil map has been published in Chukotka. It included:
- gold deposit “River Kuvet, right tributary Pegtymel”;
- gold-tungsten deposit “Lenotap River”;
- gold deposit “River Mlelyuweem”.
Also available to investors placer deposits, including the Starokanenny Stream, the Alyarmagtyn Ore Field areas and other promising areas.
Until 2030, within the framework of the federal project “Geology: Revival of a Legend,” it is planned to study 85% of the territory of Chukotka. This will allow us to identify new deposits and attract additional investment.
Investors can take advantage of three special economic zones:
- Priority Development Territory “Chukotka”;
- Free Port of Vladivostok (FPV);
- Arctic zone (AZRF).
Benefits include tax holidays, financial support and assistance in project implementation.
