The gold mining company Lenzoloto invites students for seasonal work with the possibility of further employment. Upon concluding a target agreement, program participants are entitled to a stipend of up to 20 thousand rubles and a job guarantee for five years.
The Lenzoloto company is looking for young specialists for alluvial gold mining. HR Director Andrey Ustinov told students of the Institute of Subsoil Use of INRTU about the possibilities of cooperation.
The company operates in the Irkutsk region and Yakutia. The main production sites are Marakan Quarry, Sevzoto and Dalnyaya Taiga. The holding also includes service and repair organizations. The total number of employees exceeds 3 thousand people.
“We are ready to train newcomers and offer favorable conditions under a targeted contract: an increased stipend and stable work for five years,” Ustinov noted.
The working season starts in May and lasts until October. The company provides trainees and employees with housing, food, clothing and reimburses transportation costs.
