The oil company announced recruitment of trainees to production assets, oil refineries, research centers and IT clusters. Students will be able to work at real sites – from Arctic fields to modern fuel quality control laboratories.
Geologists, geophysicists, engineers, electricians and technosphere safety specialists are expected at the fields. A separate request is for geotechnicians who are involved in the construction and operation of facilities in the permafrost zone. The company fully pays for travel, accommodation and meals for trainees.
At refineries in Omsk and Moscow, trainees will study digital systems for managing refining processes. Chemistry students in existing laboratories will check quality gasoline, diesel and other petroleum products.
Economists, marketers, logisticians, buyers, builders and IT specialists will undergo internships at Gazprom Neft offices, research centers and IT clusters in St. Petersburg and Tyumen. On the ships there are navigators, signalmen, electricians and mechanics. Each trainee is assigned a mentor.
