Since July 2025, Norilsk Nickel has increased wages to your employees. More than 55 thousand employees out of 80 thousand will receive a 10% increase, while the rest will see their salaries increase by an average of 7%.
This year, for the first time, the company applied a differentiated approach to salary revision. The main increase affected production personnel, line managers and specialists. For other categories of employees, a smaller, but also significant indexation is provided.
In addition to the general increase, Norilsk Nickel created a special fund for targeted salary adjustments. It includes 3% of the wage fund for production workers and managers and 4% for top managers and key specialists.
The company’s enterprises will be able to independently distribute these funds in order to retain valuable personnel in a highly competitive labor market.
Raising salaries at Norilsk Nickel is part of a strategy to strengthen human resources. The company strives to remain an attractive employer, especially in the regions where it operates. New rates will help retain experienced employees and attract new specialists.
Thus, indexation will affect the majority of the company’s employees, and a flexible approach to salary revision will allow it to effectively respond to changes in the labor market.
