Important events took place at PJSC Gazprom personnel permutations. The company’s board of directors retained some of the previous management, but also underwent significant changes. Viktor Zubkov remained as chairman, but the composition of the participants was updated.
The list of re-elected members of the Board of Directors includes key government officials and top managers of the company:
- Chairman of the Board of Gazprom – Alexey Miller;
- Deputy Prime Minister of the Russian Federation – Alexander Novak;
- Deputy Prime Minister – Dmitry Patrushev;
- Minister of Industry and Trade – Anton Alikhanov;
- Minister of Energy – Sergei Tsivilev;
- Deputy Chairman of the Board of Gazprom – Vitaly Markelov;
- Chairman of the Board of Gazprombank – Andrey Akimov;
- Rector of St. Petersburg State University – Igor Maksimtsev;
- Rector of the Gubkin Russian State University of Oil and Gas – Viktor Martynov;
- First Deputy General Director of Gazprom Export – Mikhail Sereda.
Two participants were excluded from the lineup:
- First Deputy Prime Minister – Denis Manturov;
- State Duma deputy – Nikolai Shulginov.
The updated composition of the Board of Directors reflects the current priorities of the company. The inclusion of representatives from the government’s energy sector and leading universities emphasizes the strategic importance personnel reserve and scientific potential for Gazprom.
These changes may affect the further development of the company, especially in the context of global energy challenges. It remains to follow the new decisions of the updated management.
