The Uralkali company has entered into a new agreement to export potassium chloride to China. Deal was agreed upon with a consortium of Chinese importers, and the price per ton of fertilizers will be $346. The exact volumes of supplies have not yet been disclosed.
Earlier, Uralkali reported a significant increase in potassium chloride exports. In 2024, supplies increased by 30%, reaching 10 million tons. Foreign sales account for more than 75% of the company’s total sales.
Global demand for potash fertilizers remains high, and the competitive price of the Russian product strengthens Uralkali’s position in the international market.
Potassium chloride produced by Uralkali meets international standards. The product has passed environmental and agronomic examination, and is also officially registered as an agrochemical. This guarantees its effectiveness and safety for agriculture.
The new agreement with China confirms stable demand for Russian fertilizers. Uralkali continues to strengthen its position in the global market, offering high-quality products at competitive prices.
