In 2025, 150 residents of Yakutia will be able to undergo distance learning at the ALROSA Corporate University for free. The program is intended for the unemployed population and helps to obtain in-demand professions with a guarantee of employment.

The project has been running for two years now. In 2024, more than 300 participants from different regions of Yakutia, including Mirninsky and Lensky, mastered new specialties and found a job. • Aikhal GOK (Aikhal settlement) will accept mechanics for repairing cars and equipment of the 5th category.
  • The ALROSA Capital Construction Department (Mirny) is waiting for installers of 3rd category technological equipment.
  • The Lena River Port will offer seasonal vacancies: crane operators (6th grade) and slingers (4th grade) for the navigation period.

The training includes theory and on-the-job practice, which increases the chances of successful employment.

The program is designed for those who want to change their profession or return to the labor market. Residents of Yakutia who are unemployed can apply. Training is conducted remotely, which is especially convenient for residents of remote areas.

ALROSA continues invest in developing the human resources potential of the republic, helping people find stable jobs and enterprises find qualified employees. Don’t miss the chance to change your life – apply for training today!
