ALROSA-Specburenie, a subsidiary of Russia’s leading diamond producer, has opened recruitment for three rotational positions in Magadan Region and Yakutia. The highest pay is offered to drill rig operators, starting at RUB 400,000 per rotation. Truck-mounted crane drivers can earn from RUB 270,000, while forestry machinery operators are offered from RUB 289,000. Northern allowances are paid from the first day of employment.
ALROSA-Specburenie is looking for RS-90 drill rig operators to work in the Magadan Region. The rotation schedule is 45 days on and 45 days off. Applicants must have at least three years of experience, a sixth-grade mobile drilling rig operator qualification certificate, and preferably a Category C driver’s license. The employer provides workwear, personal protective equipment, tools, and accommodation at a rotational camp.
The second position is truck-mounted crane operator. The pickup point is Mirny, followed by deployment to field operations in the Magadan Region. Applicants need Category B and C driver’s licenses, a valid tachograph card, and at least one year of professional experience. The same 45/45 rotation applies, with salaries starting at RUB 270,000.
The third vacancy is for a DST D14 forestry machine operator. The position is based in Aikhal, with either a 28/28 or 56/28 rotation schedule. Candidates must hold a tractor-machine operator certificate with Category E and qualification certificates for seventh- or eighth-grade forestry machinery. A sixth-grade bulldozer operator qualification is also considered an advantage. Pay starts at RUB 289,000.
All three positions include a full social benefits package and northern regional allowances from the first day of employment, with no probationary period. Employment inquiries can be directed to recruiter Inna, who is based in Mirny, so applicants should take the time difference into account.
ALROSA-Specburenie is offering some of the highest salaries in Russia’s drilling sector. For experienced operators, the vacancies provide an opportunity to earn more than some workers make in an entire quarter during a single rotation, with formal employment and accommodation provided by the company.
