The Bashneft company, together with the Ufa Scientific Institute of Rosneft, has created a unique system for automating hydrodynamic testing of wells – Online-GDIS. The development was a response to the need to replace foreign software.
Since 2022, RN-BashNIPIneft specialists have been working on creating an Online Well Testing system, which has now been successfully implemented into the production process. The main task of the system is to analyze well operation data, record production stops and determine the feasibility of conducting research.
Online well testing is integrated with the corporate software package RN-VEGA, which allows you to automatically interpret data using machine learning methods. This significantly optimizes the oil production process and increases the efficiency of oil fields.
The system has already been patented and implemented in the Digital Field corporate information system. It is used by the Bashneft-Dobycha and Sorovskneft divisions.
The development of Online Well Testing is an important step in the development of domestic technologies for the oil production industry. The system not only replaces foreign analogues, but also increases the accuracy and speed of data processing, which helps to increase production efficiency.
