The Severstal company presented a unique AI-a service that helps businesses analyze and improve repair operations. The system automatically identifies weaknesses, offers solutions and calculates the economic effect of their implementation.
The service analyzes all stages of repair – from working with documentation to monitoring key indicators. It finds ineffective processes and generates a detailed report with recommendations. For example, the system can reduce the time required to check the condition of equipment from 60 days to one.
“Our AI auditor is already actively used in repair departments and demonstrates high efficiency,” emphasized Olga Peshina, head of the commercial IT products department at Severstal-infocom.
In the near future, the developers will add new features:
- Selection of optimal IT solutions
- Calculation of financial models
- Monitoring the effectiveness of asset management
The system is trained on Severstal data for 15 years, which guarantees accuracy analysis.
The implementation of an AI auditor allows you to:
