We are looking for a Chief Processor for a gold mining company with a focus on placer mining. gold and processing of technogenic placers. The position involves managing a production unit and a team of more than 100 people, as well as systematic work to improve efficiency and modernize technological processes.
Tasks:
- Conducting a technological audit of all areas, identifying bottlenecks and reserves for increasing efficiency
- Monitoring the operation of gravity devices in parking lots, organizing monitoring by area
- Technological support of SHOF – finishing of black concentrate to fine gold, organization of refining processes
- Optimizing the operation of concentration tables and gravity equipment
- Sampling and analysis of samples from technogenic placers and tailings, search for recovery reserves
- Introduction and adaptation of new high-performance gravity devices
- Minimizing gold losses in tailings and improving the quality of the finished product
Requirements:
- Experience as a chief beneficiator or leading technologist in the beneficiation of placer gold for at least 5 years
- Deep expertise in gravity technologies and equipment
- Experience in modernization and optimization of production processes
- Experience in managing a large team (100+ people)
