Glavgosexpertiza of Russia has begun beta testing of the new digital service “ExpertPRO”. The platform is created as a single window for working with experts and simplifies all stages of service provision.
The press service of the department reported that ExpertPRO is aimed at expert organizations, scientific institutes and engineering companies. Using the service, customers can form applications, select specialists based on experience, certificate area and rating, and also conduct the entire work process in one interface.
According to the head of the interaction service for expert services of Glavgosexpertiza Yulia Galyamina, the new platform should become the digital environment, where the key principles are trust, speed and compliance.
The service allows companies to quickly strengthen their teams if they do not have the necessary specialists on staff. In one window you can fill out a task, find and check an expert, organize document flow, transfer the results of the work and make payments. The developers note that the system is focused on transparent terms of cooperation and understandable pricing.
For the experts themselves, ExpertPRO provides access to orders after registration and profile verification. Having accepted the application, the specialist gets access to the necessary materials, can prepare a conclusion and send it to the customer directly through the platform. Payment for work performed is also carried out within the service.
ExpertPRO covers a wide range of tasks in the construction industry. Among them expertise design and estimate documentation, evaluation of project concepts, cost engineering, forensic examination, technological and price audit, as well as financial and technical monitoring.
Glavgosexpertiza emphasizes that the main goal of the service is to combine engineering and scientific and technical competencies on one platform. It is expected that this will improve the quality of expert decisions and make the support of construction projects more efficient and convenient for all market participants.
