By the end of 2025, auctions will be held in Russia for the right to develop several large fields in Yakutia and Chukotka. Investors will be able to access significant stocks gold, silver, lead and zinc. Participation in the auction will open up new opportunities for the development of the country’s mineral resource base.

The Ministry of Natural Resources and Ecology of the Russian Federation plans to hold a series of auctions for the development deposits. Key lots include the flanks of the Deputatsky ore cluster, the Arkachanskaya area in Yakutia and two promising areas of placer gold in Chukotka.

Arkachanskaya Square, located in the Kobyaisky district of Yakutia, covers an area of about 51 square kilometers. According to geological exploration, ore gold reserves here are estimated at 10.9 tons, and predicted resources exceed 22 tons. The deposit also contains significant volumes of silver – 9.7 tons of reserves and 16.6 tons of predicted resources.

The Deputy ore cluster, prepared as part of the federal project “Geology: Revival of a Legend,” offers investors access to resources of over 6.5 tons of silver, approximately 328 thousand tons of lead and about 314 thousand tons of zinc.

Minister of Natural Resources and Environment Alexander Kozlov confirmed that consideration of applications for the auction has already begun. These events are aimed at attracting investment in the development of deposits and strengthening the mineral resource potential of Russia.
