A special section will appear on the State Services portal for companies operating in the field of subsoil use. This solution will allow businesses to receive key government services in a digital format faster and easier.
The new section will collect all the necessary information in one place: data on subsoil use licenses, direct links to the services of the Federal Agency for Subsoil Use (Rosnedra) and useful reference materials. The main goal is to create a convenient “single window” for digital interaction with the government.
Already today, many processes have been transferred online. Through the portal you can submit an application for obtaining or re-issuing a license, suspension of the right to use subsoil, as well as documents for state examination. Project approval available geological study and development of deposits, construction on subsoil areas.
The service is constantly evolving. For example, since 2025, joint submission of an application for examination of reserves and approval of a technical design for hydrocarbon fields has become available, which previously required separate registration. By the end of the year, it is planned to add online submission of applications for the classification of mineral reserves and the determination of standards for subsoil waste.
It is not yet possible to make the entire path from the license to the field completely digital. Companies still need to interact with other departments: Rostechnadzor, Rosprirodnadzor, regional and municipal authorities. However, the new initiative of State Services will significantly simplify the first and most important stage – access to all necessary services and information in one place. This will reduce the administrative burden on business and speed up decision making.
