Mining companies in the Far East are actively looking for geologists. Specialists are most in demand in the Chukotka Autonomous Okrug, the Republic of Sakha (Yakutia) and the Trans-Baikal Territory. The salary level reaches 325 thousand rubles, while many employers offer rotational work.
The demand for geologists in the Far Eastern Federal District remains consistently high. Large mining enterprises are ready to offer competitive working conditions and decent financial remuneration. Key employers include Rudnik Velunisty, Zapadnaya Mining Company JSC, Prognoz JSC and UDS GOLD.
Salaries vary widely. District geologist in the Trans-Baikal Territory can count on a salary of 100 thousand rubles, while in the Chukotka Autonomous Okrug they offer up to 197 thousand rubles in hand. In Yakutia, a resource geologist receives 487,200 rubles per shift, and a senior exploration geologist receives up to 325,000 rubles monthly.
Leadership positions are of particular interest. A deputy chief geologist in the Trans-Baikal Territory can earn up to 312,000 rubles, and a chief geologist in the Magadan region can earn from 350,000 rubles. This confirms the availability of career prospects for experienced specialists in the region.
Thus, the labor market for geologists in the Far East is showing positive dynamics. High salaries and a rotational schedule make these vacancies attractive to specialists from all over Russia.
