Eastern Mining Company was included in the top five in the ranking of the best employers in the energy and raw materials mining sector. The results of the study are compiled annually by the job search platform HeadHunter.
Based on the results of last year, the Eastern Mining Company strengthened its position as an attractive employer. In the industry ranking, which covers the largest enterprises of the fuel, energy and mining complex, VGK entered the top 5.
In the all-Russian HeadHunter ranking among large companies, Eastern Mining Company also showed progress, rising 10 lines and taking 133rd place. Analysts noted improvement of personnel policy company and higher ratings from former employees.
