The Zolotoy Aktiv group of companies became the winner of the auction for the right to use subsoil on Delyankirskaya Square in Yakutia. The holding’s subsidiary, Deluvialny LLC, offered 877.25 million rubles and received a license for geological exploration, reconnaissance and gold mining for a period of 25 years.
Three companies took part in the auction: Progress LLC, Taryn Gold Mining Company JSC (part of the Vysochaishy Group of Companies) and the winner. The starting price of the lot was 224.94 million rubles, and the final amount exceeded it almost four times, which demonstrates the high interest of investors in this promising site.
The Delyankirskaya area has significant resource potential. The total reserves and predicted resources of ore gold of categories C1, C2, P1 and P2 are estimated at more than 117 tons. Also on the territory of the plot, the area of which is 13.34 sq. m. km, the Nadezhny stream with placer reserves is located gold.
The site is located in the southeastern part of the Verkhne-Indigirsky district, on the border with the Magadan region. Its geological structure is similar to such well-known deposits as Mayskoye and Kuchyus. Experts identify here stockwork zones with stable gold content and vein bodies with high concentrations of the precious metal.
Obtaining a license opens up new opportunities for Zolotoy Aktiv Group of Companies to strengthen its position in the Russian gold mining industry. The development of the Delyankirskaya area will contribute to the economic development of the Oymyakon and Momsky uluses of the Republic of Sakha.
